A warm welcome. The room was just the right size, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Plenty of hot water and a powerful shower. Breakfast was super with the host friendly and offering local information. We didn't eat dinner at the b&b as we couldn't give sufficient notice but did go to the pub next door where the food was excellent - just so much we couldn't manage a sweet. Read less

We were warmly welcomed and shown our lovely cottage style bedroom. My friend and I are both on a gluten free and dairy free diet and so much thought and consideration had been given to this fact - two gluten free bars with our tea in the bedroom. We enjoyed a cup of tea in the sitting room followed by supper, which again had been lovingly prepared. I would highly recommend this B & B - and have already done so! Read less

our host's were very welcoming and helpful. They provided a great breakfast. The room was cleaned every day and tea/coffee makeing facilities were provided in the room along with flat screen T.V
Dislikes:
Part of the updating of the hotel is a new water system unfortunately part of the old system was still in place above our room - so when it was 'filling up' it was quite noisy.

Well suited are needs. The location is rural and quiet,the staff are efficient and attentive .Simon is knowledgeable about the area and can be called upon for local advise and facilities.
Dislikes:
In the room we occupied we experienced difficulty in getting the shower to work . There did not appear to be a sufficient supply of hot water.

The friendliness and consideration for our comfort. Plenty of parking; quiet location; pleasant conservatory where breakfast was served. Comfortable bed; Tea-making facilities in the room.
