The room was excellent throughout, clean and well furnished. The owner was very friendly and helpful without being intrusive and in the morning he cooked a lovely breakfast.

Excellent breakfast.
Welcoming manner and attitude of the owners.
Nothing appeared to be too much effort for them.
Dislikes:
Window in our room did not open. Consequently it became rather warm over night. Our host did apologise profusely.
Chicken meal could have benefited from a wine sauce instead of gravy.

Having previously lived in Long Stratton just down the road, it was good to be reminded of the open Norfolk landscape and general peace and quiet. Forgotten how good the beer was in the Fox & Hounds!
